How We Work Together
Your Personal Fitness Assessment
At your initial consultation and fitness assessment, one of our certified personal trainers will take your weight and measurements, and work with you on a series of exercises to determine your strength and flexibility. We’ll discuss your goals and any medical concerns. Based on that information, your trainer will design your tailored fitness program.
Your Side-by-Side Workout
Whether you choose 1-to-1 personal training, small group training* or a combination, you’ll be greeted for each appointment by a trainer who’s designed your session with you or your small group in mind. Your trainer will stay with you as you move through each phase of your workout. He or she will monitor your form, encourage you and keep you moving.
Tracking Your Progress
Throughout your program, your trainer will help track your nutrition and overall progress. You’ll leave each session feeling great and knowing you’ve had the best workout possible.
